Excellent you're getting it. Most times it is just for publicity. However years later I tend read about musicians decisions, and they admit they were wrongly influenced at time.
no Rhianna does not need to do this, she already has enough publicity as it is and is always coming out with hit records. I think this is so stupid of her, she is obviously doing it for more publicity, but she's doing it for the wrong publicity. She is sending a message to everyone that woman abuse is okay when it is not. Even if she doesn't want to be a role model for anyone else she should be mature enough to realize she is going to be since she is famous, whether she likes it or not.

Its defiantly a odd move but Its just another controversial move to shock people and make them wanna listen, or it could back fire and she could lose fans. It questions her image and now the ways shes scene, it shows all her younger fans that its ok he beat her..the part thats even more messed up is that sure hes talented but how is he still accepted in the music industry.. its a controversial move but what are we doing now..talking about them working together. So its a plot just to get people talking and spread the word, sure there songs together will be good but its disgusting how this is acceptable.
In my opinion I think Rihanna can do what she wants, a lot of fan's do think its a bad idea for her doing what shes doing. Rihanna may have been abused by Chris Brown but things do happen, mistakes happen and if their ment to be together then it is what it is, But I also think it is very weird how Rihanna had a restraining order on Chris Brown and now it's like that ment nothing, people who are that close to mainstream music, and watch both of their videos/music, probably disagree with me and think its a bad thing, I never said it wasn't a bad thing and never said it was, Brown and Rihanna may be making music together for now its bad in peoples opinion, but eventually people will get over all of it, and go with the flow.
I believe that Rhianna does not need to do this, but she is for the obvious publicity weather it is good or bad her face will be all over articals, magazines, internet & TV..In my opinion i think she is doing it all for the wrong publicity but also has a right to do as she wants as any other person. Also the fact that Rhianna and Chris brown had an altercation and no one really knows the honest truth except the two involved.The only disappointing part of it is that it sends out a very confused message to the public that woman abuse happens and can also get over looked in the future for either better or worse. Therefore in Rhianna position this could turn out good but yet at the same time she says shes wants to show her true self and not be looked up to as someone she is not . Either way she is famous and has rights & opinions just like others.
Personally i believe it's all up to Rhianna.For people who don't really listen or know much about her don't really care to support her.Everything is in god hands as long as you allow it.I do not think she should be using good for bad or bad for good.I believe if anything you should combine those and make it the reality instead of taking the one side and persueing the wrong.Everyone goes through almost the same things in life in different ways.Its up to you to choose those steps to your life.I think its wrong what she is doing but also right cause its what she wants and her decisions.Weather i support her or not.
