The Satire of this film is making fun of stereotypes of society and all the things in society that commonly stick out. They movie is also trying to stereotype the perfect family or society.

  3. The satire towards society about shopping is about how important it is to people and how influencing each decision about buying something or not buying it. For example hot dogs come in packages of 10 while its counterpart the bun, comes in packs of 8. People will buy it if it is marketed correctly, even if the numbers don't add up. It is an unconscious thought of needing even though there might not be a good reason for getting it.The stereotype for the "perfect family" is exaggerated and over the top. Nobody can fit the contorted image of the ideal family.

  4. I feel the Satire of this film is trying to give out the way things should be or should have been between us all.It shows the way's of a "Perfect" loving family to a "Normal" Loving family. For we are all the same in many ways and could if we wanted make our own family's very similar in that way but never would it be perfect as nothing in this world can ever be perfect. It can just be perfect in your own way and by the way we make it and make it seem,That could also take a lot of work. They go about stereotyping this differences from a normal family who may not be perfect but still live in the same circumstances just in their own way.We are all our own people that's what makes us who we are.
